GUlay Baltaci was born on December 6, 1963 in Sivas. He graduated from Mimar Sinan University State Conservatory Ballet Department. While studying in the ballet section, he had professional experience with children's plays in the State Theaters. Gulay Baltaci, despite working in many TV series, feature films and theater plays, first started to be published in Kanal D in 2008, Zeki Alasya, Cezmi Baskin, Levent Ulgen and Evin Esen, such as many experienced players began to play in the Akasya stop.
