Ishtar Gokseven was born in Ankara in 1961.Ankara State Conservatory after graduating from the theater department. Anatomy of a man in 1996, Ruhsar in 1997, Azize in Laleli, 1998, 1998 on board, 2008 Gazi, 2010 Show TV series Deli Sarayli took part in the film. In his film, he played the character of Metin in the series Leyla and Mecnun, which was broadcasted on TRT screens 2011.
