Osman Alkas was born in Cyprus on 3 November 1955. He was a very popular and great success among the Turkish Cypriot people. Ekrem Tatlioglu played the character of Ekrem Tatlioglu in the series called Time Ki. In the cinema of the legendary Besli and Snow White and Avci, which was released in 2012, he made a Turkish voice.
