Serdar Orcin was born on 21 January 1976 in Bayburt. While studying at Mehmed Bayazird High School, he worked as an amateur. In 1995, he entered the theater department of Mujdat Gezen Art Center Conservatory. After graduating from here, he joined the City Theater.
