Tugay Mercan is born in Istanbul on 10 December 1982. He graduated from the Department of Theater and Acting. He took part in the TV series called Kollama. In 2009, he played on ATV screens in the ES-EZ series. Bulent inal, starring in the screens, played a role in Tatar Ramadan series. In the year of 2013, he gave life to the character of Orhan in the popular series called Hazal Kaya.
