Burc Kumbetlioglu was born in Sivas on 14 September 1980. He completed his education as a master's degree. He has taken special acting lessons from many famous actor. Successful actor who starred in many series and cinema films took part in the 2009 Kanal-i-Zasyon feature film. He played the role of Fahriye Evcen and Mehmet Aslantug in the leading roles in the year.
