CELAL KADi KINOGLU He was born on December 16, 1964 in Istanbul. Primary school in Istanbul Sisli, high school teaching in Gaziantep `finished. While his family wanted to be a doctor, he decided to become a mechanical engineer. He studied engineering for 4 years in ITU. In these years, he founded a theater group. After graduating from ITU, he entered the theater department of Istanbul University State Conservatory and finished the school for a 4 -year school in 3 years. He started his career at Profpression at the Kenter Theater. Later, in 1990, the State Theaters won the exam and worked in Diyarbakir for 7 years in Bursa State Theaters for 3 years and returned to Istanbul in 2000.
